Welcome to Fablemine. These terms apply to every order placed on fablemine.com (the "Site"). By using the Site or placing an order you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. What we sell

Fablemine creates personalized novels. You answer a questionnaire, we write a unique manuscript of about 100 pages around the details you provide, and we print it on demand (softcover or hardcover) or deliver it as an e-book. Every book is made to order for one reader.

2. Your answers and your photo

You are responsible for the information you enter: names, places, descriptions and personal details. By submitting them you confirm that you have the right to use them and, when the book is a gift, that the person it is about would be comfortable appearing in a romance novel. We use a photo only to paint the cover illustration. The original photo is deleted from our servers within 30 days of delivery and is never printed as-is, shared or used for anything else.

We may refuse or edit content that is hateful, that sexualizes minors, that targets a real public figure, or that we consider unsafe. In that case we refund the order in full.

3. Heat levels and age

Our "Fire" level contains explicit scenes intended for adults. By selecting it you confirm that the reader is 18 or older. Sweet and Steamy levels are suitable for readers 16 and older.

4. Preview, then payment

Before paying you can read the opening scene, the back cover and the table of contents. The rest of the manuscript is written after your order is paid and will follow the same voice, heat level and plan. Minor variations between the preview and the final text are normal.

5. Prices, shipping and taxes

Prices are shown in your local currency at checkout. Shipping rates and delivery times are described in our Shipping policy. Import duties, where they apply, are charged by the carrier to the recipient.

6. Cancellations, returns and reprints

Because each book is written and printed for one person, it cannot be returned or resold. Cancellation is possible only before the manuscript has been sent to print. Damaged or defective books are reprinted free of charge. Full details are in our Refund policy.

7. Intellectual property

The manuscript, cover illustration and book design are created for you and licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use: read it, gift it, share photos of it. You may not resell the text or illustrations, publish them as your own work, or use them commercially without our written permission. The Fablemine name, logo and site design belong to us.

8. How the books are written

Our novels are produced by Fablemine's writing studio using automated writing tools supervised by our editorial rules, then checked for consistency and typeset by us. They are works of fiction. Any resemblance to real persons other than the reader named in the questionnaire is coincidental.

9. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.
