Refunds & reprints

Every Fablemine novel is written and printed for one reader, which is why we cannot resell a returned book. Here is exactly what we do instead.

Reprinted free if anything is wrong

If your book arrives damaged, misprinted, with missing pages or a cover defect, write to us within 30 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We reprint and reship at our cost, no questions asked. If a reprint is not possible, we refund you in full.

Changing your mind

Because the manuscript is written as soon as your order is paid, we can cancel and refund in full only while the book has not yet been written and sent to print. In practice that is within the first hour after ordering. Write to us right away and we will do our best. Once the book is in production we cannot cancel or refund it.

Typos and content

You read the opening scene, the back cover and the table of contents before paying, and the details you enter in the quiz (names, places, easter eggs) are used exactly as you typed them. Please check spelling carefully. If we made an error on our side, we reprint for free.

E-books

E-book editions are delivered by email and cannot be refunded once sent, except when the file is defective, in which case we send a corrected file.
